Welcome to the Lakewood Baptist Church web site! Our main campus is located in Gainesville, GA, USA at 2235 Thompson Bridge Road. Our Senior Pastor is Dr. Thomas R. Smiley.
On April 22, 1956, several Christian families stepped out on faith to establish Lakewood Baptist Church. This fellowship has grown from 175 members to more than 1800, filling Sunday School classes and two morning worship services each Sunday.
